The Q-Star Charter Provider Verification Program is designed to provide information about charter providers that offer safe, quality service, to flight-department managers and others who charter aircraft to meet their companies’ transportation requirements.
The Q-Star staff comprises experienced verification specialists with at least 20 years of aviation experience. Led by Robert Feeler, FSF Q-Star program administrator, the staff verifies that participating charter providers meet standards of safety, management, crew qualification, equipment and maintenance. Program subscribers — typically flight-department managers — can view the results on the Q-Star Web site ( www.qstarcharter.com ).
Q-Star standards are based on the Foundation’s many years of experience in conducting safety audits of corporate flight departments and major airlines, and were developed with input from charter providers, business flight departments, the National Air Transportation Association and the National Business Aviation Association.
Pinnacle Air Executive Jet Charter received it's Q-Star rating in 2004 and has continued to maintain those high standards for safety and excellence. |
